i was supposed to get the mobile on 05th but i didn’t get it after that on calling customer care they gave date of 08th and said will get it done before that on 07th call the delivery boy, he said that in the evening he will 5,6 Will bring it till o’clock but he comes to call the next day also, he said and did not come till this morning, on calling the customer care today, he will get it done today on the necessary round, requested that I am now at 8:00 pm got your parcel, on arrival at home, the front of the parcel was torn inside the white paper and after opening it, I got the soap whose picture I have sent to your customer care center officer through the link sent by them. It seems to me that this incident has happened by the delivery boy, rest you should do a thorough investigation through your team and punish the guilty, because of people like these, the customer’s trust in your company will be lost, along with my mobile please deliver as soon as possible
