Text of Complaint by Mohamed Siddique:

I am based abroad. I guess my Life Time Validity card also would have been annuled by now. I was recently in Chennai for Two weeks…their performance of 3G Mobile Internet was worse than that of Dial Up Connection of yesteryears. Vodafone 3G connection was very fast. Further, Twice I called 198 (Airtel’s Customer Service Number)..Both the times, I was made to wait for 8 Minutes and 45 Seconds and the line got disconnected without a Customer Service representative coming on line.
