Hi,
I know no one would take this seriously but the manager at HBR layout behaves with customers as if every customer are his employees. He is extremely rude in nature and act bossy with his employees even in front of the customers. He scolds his staff and orders as if he owns Airtel. I’m the customer from last 10 years had been to the outlet for more than 3 times for broadband connection. Due to Corona virus it kept delaying finally when I lost it I asked him what is it that causing a delay and he clearly said he cannot help and asked me to disconnect all the Airtel connections as he wouldn’t be able to serve me. The same day another executive called me and expressed that they would be happy to help and install but until then I had booked ACT connection. Shame on such service providers I have more than 50 ppl using Airtel in my family I will disconnect all. His name is Sajjad HBR layout branch.
