- On 18- december, recharge amount pack for 598 by using airtel thanksapp and redeem discount 24 rupee. 574 rupees amount debited from my account but transaction failed. I could asked for customer care and she said within 4 hours plan activated or may be credits amount for your account within 7day. I raised your complaint. But right now no amount credit my amount. On 32-december , again I asking to customer care. He said to me our side no issue.
