On 17th sept 2020 morning I had given 4337 rupees complete payment for wifi and extreem setop box connection to mr wasif ali a representative from airtel, he abused and hung up the call after asking him rang prob, he is not responding calls after taking money.. You guys take money and dont call back or stay in your commitment,i told him I needed it urgently, he is with my money and not responding and not giving me connection. He said he will not give me connection, as he is the ceo of airtel who can refuse connections whom so ever he wants. I want my money asap or the connection today or I will file the police complaint about fraud of airtel employees
