On 10 Sept 2021 four transaction each of Rs. 3529.00 i,e total sum of Rs. 14,116.00 was debited from my SBI Credit card . Transaction which was paid to Retail Domestic PT Mumbai IN which was never made by me.

Text of Complaint by Arun Sharma:

Suspected transaction message received form SBI Card end. on 10.9.2021
They have blocked the card after four transaction of same amount.
Service request generated by me No. 1129713952375 dated 10.9.2021
On 28th I have received mail from your side to approach the merchant to follow up against these transactions with the merchant for further details. How it will be possible as we are not directly linked with them & no agreement / transection are carried with them as well as we are not knowing about them.
received message form SBI Card end : “ Dear Card holder your service request No. 1129713952375 regarding trxn dispute of Rs. 3529 could not be processed in your favor. For queries , pls write to us at chargeback@sbicard.com “

Again I have provide all details to SBI , today same replay as detailed below:
” We would like to share that we have completed the investigation for the said transaction. It has been observed that the transaction has been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by your card CVV and dynamic One Time Password (OTP) over the Internet/ IVR.
Further, we wish to confirm that as per our records, the dynamic One Time Password (OTP) was successfully delivered at your registered mobile number. Transaction alert SMS regarding the aforesaid transaction was also delivered at your registered mobile number. Considering all the above, the liability of transaction in such cases lies with the cardholder.
You are requested to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid late fee and finance charges on your card account.”

All these transactions are not carried out by me, its failure form sbi Card end, they have noticed the fraud transaction & stop the the further transactions and blocked the card. Card blocking message is also received from them.

Requesting you to take the corrective action & reverse the amount in my account.
