On 1 august 2020, i am adding 239 rs in airtel wallet so the amount debited from my bank account but it was not added in my airtel wallet i am complain about it many time but their is no any response of airtel company

I am adding 239 rs amount to my airtel wallet by UPI on 1 august 2020 which was debited from my bank account but bot credited to my airtel wallet hear is transaction id 021400211159
