On 06/02/2020, I had received a SMS as I had won 1st prize on Snapdeal Lucky draw amounting Rs. 9,50,000/-. Then I deleted the SMS after few while, near about 11 AM I had received a call from Ram Prakash Patel. He congressed himself as senior executive of Snapdeal Online Pvt. Ltd. And he again told details that I had won a car amounting Rs. 9,50,000/-, but I have to pay amounting Rs. 9,500/- as Service charge then after paying amount he could process and deposit at my account on immediate basis. Then after I urged for his details. He provided me his Job Identity card, Aadhar Card and PAN card and urge for RS.9,500/-. And after that when I received all details, I had deposit Rs. 9,500/- at Snapdeal Online Pvt.Ltd.

But after payment done he again called me and urge to speak with South Indian Bank Branch Manager, Mr. Mahapatra. He then congressed me that they couldn’t process further unless or until I deposit Rs. 36,500/- as TDS charge. But I told them deduct the amount from my receiving amount then after credit to my account. But they would not further process without receiving amount. Then after when I would to know if I can not take any amount what happened with my Service charge amount and I need get back that amount but they ignored to returned it.
