On 021218, I made an Airtel prepaid recharge on my mobile no 919290625864 for Rs10 through the company’s portal that showed a validity unlimited. I am thereafter surprised to know that though I have unused money, I am advised that my outgoing validity is upto 151218, and incoming validity upto 311218. Further, despite sending the captured webpage of their portal indicating unlimited validity, and complaing about the irregularity, the company sends an automated reply that they require some more time to clarify. I am frustrated with the way the company is redressing a customer grievance.
