I ordered note 20 ultra on olx through seller Miss sharma. Here was my tracking id

Yeah it was delhivery courier. It was cash on delivery. They dwlivwred today on 19 aug 2021, and i pay the amount which was rs21000. But upon checking and opening, it wasnt note 20 ultra, it was iphone 11 pro max FAKe, so fake. I contacted seller and she says not fake , which clearly was. And she was hinting to arrange a pickup with courier servicable at my pincode. But i asked her to give me a refund straight away, she says that she will, but i asked her to do ot immediately but she said afternoon, and later evening till 6 oclock. But till now as of writing this email, no refund, i even gave her my id for refund.
Now she switch off her phone or blocked my number and she doesn’t answer my whatapp call nor reply. Maybe tomorrow she might could give. But yeah she was saying her senior was going to refund and all. Here, is what i know most ch of her based on our whatsapp convo. I got screenshots and all of proof..if necessary.

It could be same website, could be wrong too on this, i am noy sure, pls do check it out. All i want is my refund, my money, and i will definitely send their product back, if they arrange courier.
Was ordering from online. Pls investigate it for me today.
