the victim byname Venkanna s/o Malsu, age: 39 years R/o Isnapur vilalge, Patancheru mandal, Sangareddy dist came to PS Patncheru and lodged a complaint which he stated that on 12.11.2020 at about 14.00 hours while he verify the OLX app to puchase the bike and found one MC Br. No. TS30C-1682, then called such given number, and as per his instructions since he paid Rs.15000/- to his UPI ID Phone No. 9166826882 through Google pay from his UPI phone number 728890770
