I sold my ALTO LXI car registration number KA09P2184 on 27th February 2022 all the formalities were completed and value of the car also paid, all the original documents and key were also handed over to the representative of OLX Auto. By the time all the necessary documents with the owner’s signature was collected for transferring the ownership and RC to the new owner by the representative Mr.Jibin Mathew of OLX auto. Now to complete 2 years after the sale and still no communication from OLX auto regarding the transfer of RC and the RTO portal also shows the car is still in my name and recently I noticed from the Vahan portal the insurance has been renewed and the fitness certificate has not been done after completion of 15 years. This may be serious problem to me, if something happened who is going to take responsibility? Several times I contacted representatives of OlX auto from Bangalore and initially they told car has not yet sold and the vehicle is still in their yard after that I contacted the customer care of OlX through mail (Ref- Ticket id 11008604 and 11197003) and phone call several times there was no proper response and reply from them and recently noticed that the car has fined for a traffic violation at Shimoga,Karnataka and a chalan has been paid in the name of Mr. Amjad for violating traffic and accommodated excess load of passengers and paid Rs. 200/- as a fine for the purpose (on 6th Feb 2024 at 12.54 PM). Kindly request to help regarding above matter and also requesting OLX auto to transfer the RC of the above car to new Owner and do the fitness certificate and other procedures
