Complaint against OLX and Vikas Patel

• Fraud on OLX by a person named Vikas Patel Indian army man he asked me to send some amount before delivery of bike Honda Activa So I sent him Rs 5150  as a token amount then he showed me delivery receipt of airport service of overtime courier service company So I thought it was a authenticate company It is worth to sent rest of the money Rs 20000  So I sent him complete money But after sending the payment he again call me Rs 12250 more pay for vichle return charges it will returning the amount after delivery I am send to him He call me again you are wrong payment Please pay Rs 12000 and 250 It was also returning the amount of delivery it was also paid it  But not deliver the bike I am loss of Rs 49650 totally So please take sevier action regarding this type of online fruads
