Order No. BQ27551951 –
I have ordered Wizpad Z1 Pro tablet from BookMyTab site for which I had paid 3999. The product that is delivered is some old small tab which is not 10 inch diagonal. It’s just 7 inch. I already have Lenovo Tab of 10 inch, So I know the size. This look some used tab of small size. It’s mentioned as Aakash tablet. This is not the Order that I have placed. Also, there is no Contact number given where to call to. From internet searched for Support Contact number but none of them is connecting to anyone to speak too. No call back also. There was one number (+919711434746) which comes mostly as busy and it has rang few times, but no one picking it up.
Also, when order is placed, we should receive message and email for my order but unfortunately nothing is shared. For request for return, there is no Contact number given. After delivery, there is no check on the product delivery.
Really painful experience. Looks like this fraudster company and they have cheated.
