I Purchased a saree from Lakshmi boutique through online. I paid Rs.799+4+50. I received a damaged saree. The saree is an old stock and the folds are torn. I made continuous calls through phone, whatsapp and messaged them through email and WhatsApp. I sent them the video of damage in the folds.No response from the other end. Really bad experience with them. I want my money back or exchange of another saree.
