On 08/11/23 I have ordered HIGH WAIST FEMME STRAIGHT BELT TROUSERS FOR WOMEN (PACK OF 2) for amount of rupees 899. I have received the product today on 15/11/2023, but instead of Cargo Pants I have received two damaged old jeans pants.
There’s no customer support number, on the website they have only mentioned this email id: CARE.SHOPPINGPLANET@gmail.com but they’re not responding to my email.
Please kindly take action.
I need my refund of 899. I am still a student and I want my hard earned money back.
