I have ordered Redmi Note 10 from Flipkart on 8th December and they have delivered an Old and seal broken product which has local data cable with screen guard on new phone. And now they are not even listening about the complaint and they have rejected the refund by saying Product does not have return policy. No one is Flipkart is taking care of it even no one is arranging call back. When I have called their customer service they make falls promise and disconnect the call in between the discussion. Have already written thousands email to Flipkart and nothing.
