I have visited to olaelectric app to buy ola s1 pro and after deciding I have finally continue to payment option and paid ₹7500 through split and pay option but now due to some funds issue I have to get back refund so I emailed to support@olaelectric.com but no reply from their side I tried to call customer support but no reply from their side also as I am student I urgently need that amount of money now but not able to get it back by ola please solve my issue🙏
