I have purchased OLA S1 Air ( Order ID – OET-115321319010923-LTL110) on 1st Sep 2023 and got it delivered on 9th Oct 2023 but right after a couple of days it’s battery got fully discharged and further not at all getting charge. After lodging several complaints online through it’s app,telephonic IVR, by e-mail and approaching to nearest service centre I did not get any service against my complaint. Ola has sold me a defective Scooter with zero service after sales.
Although I have purchased its “OLA CARE PLUS” Plan (as per Ola executive suggestion) which cost me 3539 with GST on 5th Nov 23 to get the service done as soon as possible but here also Ola team cheated me, they did not provide any assistance and services as per it’s promise/norms.
