Suddenly my vehicle was stopped in running and raised a complaint with reference #118723 for Road Assistance which comes under OLA care+. Waited on the road for 4 hours in raining and no response from the OLA Custome Care or Racko (Thirparty Towing service).
Whenever called customer care simple answer “We are checking with the backend”, was no response from them.
I have towed myself 1km to my home because of no response from them.
