Subject: Complaint against Ola Scooter – Request for Redressal in Consumer Forum
Dear sir
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ola Scooter, seeking your assistance in resolving the issues I have encountered as a consumer.
I purchased an Ola Scooter on May 2022 expecting a reliable and efficient mode of transportation. However, since its acquisition, I have faced numerous persistent problems that have greatly affected my overall experience and trust in the product.
To provide a comprehensive overview of the issues, I would like to highlight the following:
1. my scooter has break down and I have a issue frontwheel it not movable now.
2. 20 May 2023 I have address these concerns with Ola’s customer support or service center, but they just say wait and now my scooter completely stop moving.
Whenever i call they said we forwarded your issue to concerns department but again after 8-10 days no response.
Even i buy their ola care services additional plan rupees 3500 Annually.
Despite my efforts to resolve these issues directly with Ola, I have not received any solutions or adequate assistance. Hence, I am seeking your intervention to ensure a fair resolution to this matter.
I kindly request your esteemed consumer forum to initiate proceedings and provide the necessary redressal. I am open to participating in any hearings, mediations, or any other processes required to reach a fair resolution.
