Text of Complaint by BIDHU BHUSAN MOHAPATRA:

I had done the booking for ola s1 on dated 31/08/2022 and also paid the down payment. it is showing that the shipping has been done and dispatch date is 11/09/2022 but it is yet not delivered and after contacting the costumer care several times there is no resolution and also they not responding on sent mails they are only telling insurance is pending but there is no follow up as such and they just provided reference IDs three times and telling that they have told the higher authority for action but we are not getting any result this is just waste of our time and money and it seems like we are helpless right now. They taking the money from the customer as a downpayment and holding it for months and taking benifit out of that and harassing the customer. This is truly unprofessional behaviour by the company . I need the delivery as soon as possible and company should penalized for such act as per government rule..
