I had done the booking for ola s1 on dated 01/09/2022 and also paid the full payment. it is showing that the shipping has been done and dispatch date is 19/09/2022 but it is yet not delivered and after contacting the costumer care several times there is no resolution and also they not responding on sent mails they are only telling RTO Process is pending but there is no follow up as such and they just provided reference IDs many times and telling that they have told the higher authority for action but we are not getting any result this is just waste of our time and money and it seems like we are helpless right now. They taking the money from the customer as a full payment and holding it for 2 months and taking benifit out of that and harassing the customer. I need the delivery as soon as possible and company should penalized for such act as per government rule and my insurance started from 22 Sep 2022 also completed 45 days insurance period that i wanna to refund that period amount with compensation..
Was bike delivered to you?after how many days? I am facing same issue
