I have booked Ola scooter in the name of my dad on 29/05/2023, I had paid downpayment of 65,000Rs and took 90,000Rs Loan from IDFC First Bank. Every Procedure is completed even RTO number I have registered, But Ola Backend team is not processing my Vahan OTP and Fame OTP procedures to delivery my vehicle. I have raised so many concerns to ola customer care but not useful. They just say you will get delivery sir don’t worry. But even after delivery date passed I’m not getting delivered my bike. They are continuously changing Delivery date for my product in Ola App. Please advice and help me to resolve this issue.
