I booked the scooter on 16th August, fully paid. Customer service never called me but I did several times to understand what was going on. Inspite of uploading original PAN they kept telling it is not. I canceled my order and again called customer care to initiate refund immediately. There don’t seem to be a proper response and I insisted to raise a ticket for refund ticket no. 00413132. Overall payments took, not refunded, no proper responses, untrustworthy.
