Text of Complaint by Amit Kumar Sharma:

I am Amit Kumar Sharma, and I am reaching out regarding my OLA scooter ordered on July 25, 2024, and delivered on August 12, 2024. Unfortunately, just four days after delivery, the scooter stopped while I was on the road.
I attempted to contact the sales representative, but was redirected multiple times without resolution. I was informed that the manager was unavailable, and a technician could not assist me further. I have been given conflicting information about repair timelines, with no follow-up on my case.
The service center is 40 km from my office, and I have not received any updates despite my calls. I must emphasize that if this issue is not resolved within the next two days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the consumer forum for further action. I would appreciate immediate assistance to resolve this matter. Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for OLA Scooter Issues – Immediate Action Needed
