This complaint is against OLA Electric for accepting the order and taking full payment for an OLA s1 2Kwh model with an estimated delivery 12th March. Order No OET-799445106280223-TPF049 The delivery date got shifted 5 times now with the status as waiting for shipping. OLA Thrissur Kerala Dealer has no update about the order and is requesting to cancel the order. The customer care is not responding to emails and hanging up phone calls on customer care. The dealer says that there is no OLA S1 2kWH or 3kWH models even manufactured but are listed online for purchase.
