sir/ madam I have purchase ola s1 electric in sept 2022. I have registered a complaint for panel change through insurance claim on 08th sept 2023. survey from insurance sode is completed on 09/09/2023. till now loss estimate is not sent by ola electric technician or dealing assistant to insurance company. insurance end date is 20/09/2023. I have complaint mamy times at service center alwar rajasthan and also send my loss images and documents to dealing assistant personally. ano response from their side. please solve my issue.
