I have booked ola S 1 air on 24/01/2023 that time cost was 84999 Rs only I have paid booking amount 999 Rs and delivery date was April 2023 . That time I was talked with Ola customer support to deposit remaining amount 84000 RS but they denied and talked booking window will open for this. On 10/04/2023 I got message from Ola , your EV is converted into 3 kWh instead of 2 kWh without any cost and delivery date anounced on July 2023 that time I talked with Ola support to remaining amount but again denied and repeated same booking window will open. Yesterday I got message that your EV is ready for delivery and you have to pay 109999 Rs other charges extra.
If company will give me EV present time cost than why booked it before 7 months. I have lost 3000* 7 months total 21000 Rs already and increased rate 24000 RS total loss 45000 Rs .
It is fraud with me by company.
I will ready to give booking cost 84999 RS for ola.
