I booked OLA ride more than 24 hr in advance. The ride was to start from Dahina (Rewari). The booking was accepted and even cab allotted for ride. Driver also called up but just about an hour left for journey, the ride was cancelled. This led to last minute hassels for complete family. No response from OLA customer services.
