I am a regular ola customer. On 1st september at 9.57pm i booked a ride from Lohana Bhavan sector 10 Koper Khairne to my HOME in dombivli . The driver( MOHA NADEEMA AHAMAD) came on time and i sat in the car gave my OTP the ride was confirmed. When the driver started the ride he got the call from someone and the driver said to that person i had already accepted the ride now what can i do to cancel. After the phone call the driver told me to cancel the trip and aborted the ride. I said i will not cancel the ride and if you don’t wanted to go then why did you accept the ride. I and my son got down from the car as i thought i will be not safe to argue and continue the ride as it was 10pm . I immediately contacted the customer care and informed the same the said they will look into this matter and will get to you within 24 hours. Today morning i got an email from Mr. Evan Basnet stating that since you have changed the destination and you will have to pay rupees 140 against the ride. I request you to kindly look into this matter.
