I have recently taken the ola ride and I am using this service since from 4 years.
Recently the driver asked for the cash and he told that I will update it that cash received from my end.
But after one ola postpaid service has raised bill of 1000 rs and I have raised my concern through email and also through their application but no use.
Due to this nonsense service. I am getting around 50 to 60 calls daily from the collection department and harassing daily even in the night I am getting frequent calls.
