Hi, I bought ola S1 pro and made full payment on March 17th. After that fire accident and other reviews about the heating problems of the scooter, I have canceled my booking during the last week of March. 499 was refunded on April 2nd. The remaining amount is still not refunded. And this was bought through a credit card. Since they delayed the refund, I had to pay the credit card bill for 1.39 lakh for this transaction. Even if they refund I will be incurring a 3.3% of the charge to convert that to cash. I have been calling customer care for more than three weeks, I get the same reply every time, wait, it is in process. The promised refund duration is 7 to 10 working days. BUt still now I didn’t get any refund (19th April)
