I made the journey from Ramada Hotel Mumbai to Airport through Ola Cabs on 8th July 2023. After the journey, I made a payment of Rs 615 to the cab driver. However, Ola Money raised the bill for the same journey and constantly started sending messages to me for clearing the dues. I raised the dispute with ola money regarding the same on their portal as well as on their customer complaint email Id. But all this is for no use. To date, ola money is still sending messages for clearing the dues in fact they are adding penalties on the due amount. kindly do the needful.
