I always used to take olacabs but in april, there app did 2 frauds with me. Always, i am selecting cash as an option to make payments
First cab which i took on 16th april after completing the ride showed on drivers screen to pay in cash so i did a phonepay transaction to the drivers account (as usual). Now after the driver left, I got a message that your payment is selected as ola money postpaid so I was asked to pay which I didn’t paid and raised a complaint with Ola support and they didnt reverted anything.
the same happened two days after, here driver assured me that it’s cash / phonepe which is showing and i again paid to driver. He told me that if he receives the transaction from ola money postpaid, he will return me my money and he gave me his number as well. The next day he messaged me saying he got the money from postpaid, when i called him to return my money he said he will do and then he never reverted back. I again complaint about the same and they didn’t reverted me back properly
1. We dont have direct support to call ola cabs
2. the driver are fraud
3. the ola money is harassing
4. Complained in twitter but no updates
How can they change the payment method after the ride is completed? Why this big company don’t have a proper support channel/number. why they dont show the contact details of their driver after ride is completed so we can call them and ask for such refunds

I have the same complaint in the month of June where I have paid cash to driver and now ola money is harassing me for paying.
Can you please let me know how did you resolve this issue ?
