I am being double billed by ola cabs. They have introduced the ola money app in such a way that it pops everytime when you search for the cab location on the app or any thing on app. It inadverantly hits the permit button and most of the time without us customers being aware of it. I have been using ola since ages and now because of this fiasco which they are claiming unjust 782 rupees from me , i have deleted the app. I have raised the issue and also questioned them that why dont they check with the drivers, whom i have already paid cash.
Following is the msg
Dear Customer,
Your OlaMoney Postpaid is overdue for 23 days with Rs.782. Your services are temporarily suspended due to non-payment. Kindly pay to continue using OLA services and improve your future borrowing credibility.
Ignore, if already paid
Is it possible that ola is in cahoots with the drivers and splitting the loot or they are claiming from both sides, or they have already recovered this amount from ola drivers and trying to snatch our money also.
They have threatened field agents and cibil score.
If this is the case then a cbi investigation should be done against them as it must be a bigger scam then it looks
