I had purchased ola s1pro top model on 08-Apr-2023 but at the time of delivery I had received with s1 os having no range compared to s1pro, after continuous follow up the os upgraded to s1pro.
But no options of s1pro available till in my scooter complaint already made through mail and experience center many more times but no response.
Again corporate offer and referral offer is applied at the time of purchase but not received while asking for that through mail continuously after a month the corporate offer is not available for your purchase mail received from ola.
Now I having battery draining issues already complained again no response.
Went to local ola experience center no response and not solved till.
Now the Charger refund is got after a long of Rs.5000/- but at the time of delivery it is mentioned as 15000/- for charger.
Don’t know what to do.
Please provide complete resolution. Thanking you.
