I would like to report the blatant harassment, defamation and violation of data privacy of Peramoo, Prima Loan, Peso Loan, PH Pocket, Easy Peso, Zippeso, Lemon Loan, and all other illegal online lending apps (OLA).
They are sending harassing text messages to me, to my supposed references, and even to all my contacts on phone. This is aside from their harassing emails.
While we are obligated to pay back what we’ve borrowed, the unfair collection practices they commit are very illegal on a very short term! They are all loan sharks! They prey on individuals who fail or have payment delays, plus their interest is very high which is not by the law!
Their illegal activities must be put to an end. We appreciate your kind assistance to elevating this matter to the proper authorities on behalf of all OLA victims here in the Philippines.
