I took an ola ride and my ola payment was made online. However, after the ride, the ola driver not only charged more from me but also made me pay through cash. After that, on several rides, I had to pay extra by cash and after the first ride, I was able to change the payment mode.
To convey that the money has been paid in cash, I’ve tried emailing them, calling them, contacting them through social media telling the same issue to them again and again that the money has been paid.
Ola callers have employed thousands of different numbers through which they make 7-20 calls per day asking for money and they’re not even willing to listen to any response from my side About the money being already paid.
Ola has been mentally harassing me for months now and they’ve closed every way for customers to call them up.
