Got my OLA S1 air delivered on 28 November 2023 and after three days on 01 Dec 23 the Rear Wheel got Bent, Now no OLA Showroom is taking responsibility of the OLA S1 air I am roaming from one show room to another in Pune city carrying my OLA S1 air in rented tempo but none of the showroom is taking responsibility of the vehicle,
Every OLA Experience centers & Service station are saying they are unable to repair the part as they don’t have the part and also none of the Ola Experience centers & service centers are taking responsibilities of the warranty. OLA don’t have customer care number and they are not replying on mail also, We have been misguided at the tie of purchase of the vehicle.
OLA has too much problems with its Electric Scooter but still government is not taking any action against OLA Electric.
Even after booking Servicing slot through their app they are not ready to do the service.
Very rude employees of OLA they even threaten their customers.
OLA Should look after sale service in PUNE city
