I have booked ola s1+ on 25th of March and my delivery date was on 9th of April but yet there is no update from ola end. Im continuously calling customer care and from last 10 days they keep on saying that the issue is escalated and i will get a call from backend but no progress till date. It is showing pending for vahan otp for last 10days.
Please help.
