Final Invoice amount has been paid on 20th May which was ncluding the Insurance and Single Helmet, however there was no option to get rid of Helmet in the website, Insurance i had opted out, however when the final amount has been paid it was included, Auto Message has been generated on my mobile number, As per the Ola Team, Insurance and Helmet amount has been not captured in the Software, as there was a glitch in the software, auto messages has been generated, hence requested me to pay the Insurance, i have asked them to give me the same in the written, they are not able to give the same.
Suggest how do i proceed ahead to drag this company and fight legally.
