I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the order I placed with Ola Electric Company for a scooter on 29th May 2023. I have not received any satisfactory updates regarding the delivery of my order, and it has been an extremely frustrating experience dealing with that company.
To provide some context, the expected delivery date was clearly stated as 8th June 2023 when I made the purchase. On 7th June, I received a confirmation message stating that the registration process had been completed. However, since then, there has been a complete lack of communication from their end regarding the delivery of my scooter.
What has added to my frustration is the fact that the expected delivery date has been mysteriously removed from my order details. This has left me in a state of uncertainty and concern, as I have no idea when I can expect to receive the product for which I have made a full payment. It has now been over a month, and my money remains stuck with their company.
Given the lack of transparency and unfulfilled promises, I am left with no choice but to request a refund of the full amount I paid for the scooter. I understand that delays can occur in the delivery process, but the complete absence of any update or response from their company is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect a prompt response to this complaint, acknowledging the issue and confirming that the refund process has been initiated. I also request that you provide a specific timeline for when I can expect to receive the refund.
Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I may be forced to explore alternative options to ensure the retrieval of my funds. I trust that such a course of action will not be necessary and that you will resolve this matter promptly and professionally.
I have attached copies of the relevant documents, including the order confirmation and payment receipts, for your reference. Please treat this issue with the urgency it deserves, and restore my faith in Ola Electric Company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
