OLA STARTED BOOKINGS FOR S1 AIR @ 79999/- ON 24/10/2022 WITH PROMISE OF DELIVERY BY MARCH 2023. I PAID 999/- AS BOOKING AMOUNT. LATER IN MARCH THEY INFORMED ME THAT DELIVERY WILL BE DELAYED BY 3 MONTHS AND IN LIEU OF SAME THEY ARE PROVIDING US WITH A FREE BATTERY UPGRADE TO 3 KW. NOW THIS JUNE THEY HAVE AGAIN INFORMED THAT PRICE OF THE VEHICLE HAS NOW BEEN REVISED TO 109999/- AND THAT IF WE DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE SAME THEN WE CAN CANCELL THE BOOKING.
THEY HAVE KEPT US HANGING FOR SO MANY MONTHS AND NOW ARE ASKING 30000/- MORE THAN THE BOOKING AMOUNT. WE HAVE MISSED THE CHANCE TO AVAIL FAME SUBSIDY BECAUSE WE BELIEVED THAT THEY WILL KEEP THEIR PROMISE OF DELIVERING VEHICLE @ 79999/-
I WANT THEM TO DELIVER EV AT PRICE AGREED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
delayed only from ola side , delay efect on subsidy , but that is not by customer fault.
