I have purchased ola scooter and due to phase 2 subsidy was revoked ola electric asked to pay difference amount of 15k. The order got auto cancelled in 5 days by ola and confirmed amount will be refunded. Its almost 2 months no refund and already 2 months emi deducted from idfc. Ola electric support is pathetic not able to reach customer care simply denying my mobile number is no more registered. No response for emails and strange thing is all the information of booking scooter from ola electric site got wiped out. But all transactions and email communication is still with me. Very irresponsible customer support from ola electric and robbing people’s money. There are many people like me but don’t know what to do. No response for 1 and half lakh stuck with ola very pathetic support. Beware of ola.
