Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to file a formal complaint against Ola Electric regarding bad product delivery of my Ola S1 Air electric scooter. I am deeply disappointed with the company’s inability with worst vehicle product .
I have purchased new ola Air Scooter dated 11th March. I haven’t enjoy not a single day with the product. Ola electric service is worst.
Last 25 days I am requesting to Ola service center they told only sorry sorry. Horrible service.
I want to request to you please do refund my money.
