I have purchased the OLA S1 Pro a year ago, and I also paid for a choice number. As instructed by OLA, I submitted the receipt to OLA for the registration.
My vehicle was delivered with the number I choose (MH12UD8007), but my vehicle does not show up on any government portal, not even on the M-parihavan app.
The worst thing is that I have tried to get this issue sorted with the customer care, but every single time they only reply with a standard response ” We have taken a note of your case and have escalated to the concerned team.”
Its been too long and I have lost my patience.
