I ordered Ola S1 pro accessories as per advised by company back in December. I was notified in February that company can’t provide parts and has refunded the amount. I checked my back account and there was not refund. I contacted company last month to provide me refund. Already talked with customer care 5 times atleast on call. Compay asked me to sent an email with bank statement. I have sent them email but there is still no response. Apart from that customer care is not able to connect me to concerned department.
