I have been mentally and financially harassed by OLA electric , I have reached out on each and every social media platforms and only receiving false commitments ,Initially after cancellation of my order on 9th feb Tat of 7to 10 working days was mentioned which I have waited and still not received my refund then on 27 feb after reaching out to social media platforms I was asked to wait again for 5 to 7 wd event after that I haven’t received refund and now on 17 th March OLA ASKED TO share proof that I have not received my refund which I have already share on Ola support mail I’d req no-3917381. It has been more than a month I don’t understand how long Ola need more to refund my money.
