I had reserved ola S1 air for ₹999 on 23rd October, but I decided to cancel it on 19th January and I did the same. Today it is 11th Feb and they still haven’t refunded my amount. I had sent them 4 emails regarding my refund but they are just ignoring it with an excuse of ‘It will take 7-10 business days. It has been more than 20+days and so I am here with my complaint.
